What is a Shift Supervisor?
The Shift Supervisor is a special role that is designed to improve attendance tracking.
What capabilities do I have as a Shift Supervisor?
As a Shift Supervisor, you will have visibility over the Staff that you are supervising, but only on the mobile application. You will be able to check people in and out of their shifts, or, in and out of the opportunity depending on how the manager has set things up. You will have full visibility over people's schedules and contact information. You will also be able to monitor schedule problems and contact people in bulk.
How do I know if I am a Shift Supervisor?
When looking at your Shifts, the primary role of the shift will be titled 'Check-in Administrator'. When you log-in to the mobile application, you will have a special dashboard showing you all of the activity surrounding the shift(s) you are supervising.
How did I become a Shift-Supervisor?
A Shift Supervisor is a Role that is typically manually assigned to a user by an administrator/manager.
